About Me

Whether changes are chosen or forced, the same challenges arise: disruption of routine, uncertainty about next steps, and the massive energy required to go from the familiar to the unknown. This leads to resistance from you or from those around you. Resistance is natural, but it is also conquerable.

I coach people through change—in any form. I work with the executives and managers who lead change for others; I also work with anyone leading changes for themselves. Personal transitions affect our professional lives, and professional changes impact the personal. Change cannot help but be holistic. Some clients are leading teams through complex corporate transformations. Others are reexploring and redefining happiness.

The specific change matters less than the goal: to move forward with clarity and intention. Before founding Four Fin Coaching, I spent over 10 years guiding organizations through large-scale change—from Fortune 100 firms to public utilities—helping teams adapt to new technologies, new leadership, and new ways of working. After years of coaching on personal goals, on leadership development, and on corporate transformation, I found that change is change. The demands on the person are the same, the challenges are the same, and the hope of a better future state is always the same. That is where I help as a Change Coach.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard for professional coaching. I completed my training through iPEC and earned certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). My coaching draws on evidence-based methods, deep listening, and a belief that even when you must change, you still get to decide how.. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, shift your internal blocks, and create sustainable strategies for moving forward.
