Choosing how to change
Embracing and thriving in uncertainty, both personally and professionally.
The types of change

Imposed
Any change that someone else imposes on you. Job loss or workplace reorganization. Living through a pandemic and its aftermath. Facing the uncertainties of society in the 21st century.

Required
Any change required, not by outside actors, but by circumstances. A shocking diagnosis for you or someone you love. Moving to a new town for work or family. Sudden change in income.

Desired
Even the best and healthiest changes, the ones we really want to make, cause disruption. Lifestyle and health transformations. Seeking a better job, a new relationship, a chance to reinvent oneself.
Testimonials
Working with Greg Davies has been a game-changer for me. I’ve worked with other coaches over the years, and Greg is by far the most effective. He is fully present in every coaching session, creating a space where I can dig deep into what I truly want while helping me identify and clear the blocks standing in my way.Greg has a rare balance of empathy and accountability—he listens with understanding but doesn’t let me hide behind excuses. This year, I’ve committed to revamping my business to better serve my clients while creating more ease and flow for myself. I’ve also set my sights on making this my most prosperous year yet. I know I wouldn’t be on this path without Greg’s expert guidance and unwavering support.
If you’re looking for a coach who will challenge, encourage, and help you achieve real transformation, I can’t recommend Greg highly enough.
Greg has a calmness and kindness that quickly makes you comfortable. It is obvious that he is invested in you and truly believes that you have the power and answers within yourself, he is just there to support you in finding them. While he asks what topic you would like to work on, the way he allows you to consider and think the session will often meander a bit and often end with an answer that supports your topic, but was something you hadn’t thought of (which obviously is the point of coaching, but sometimes you just don’t get there). Greg is amazing at noticing small changes in your voice, body language, or expression to consider how you might be feeling, sometimes it is something you haven’t even noticed. If I ask him to hold me accountable and to check in with me on something in the future, he will. He will also offer optional tools to use depending on your goals. As someone who is a trained coach, I appreciate the techniques that Greg uses, along with how attentive he is. By far the best coaching experience I have had which is why I continue to have Greg coach me.
I had six sessions with Greg Davies as my coach with an added preliminary session for me to experience and decide if I wanted to continue with Greg. What struck me from the beginning was the empowerment that coaching gives, believing that the person being coached has the answer within themselves. Greg is a natural coach because he listens well and asks questions that helped me process my assumptions, my beliefs that are helpful and those that are not. When I would share of beliefs from childhood, he would ask how I currently perceive that way of thinking. After every session, I felt lighter, more content, more confident in my ability to take care of myself.

Expert guidance and support for any change, whether imposed, required, or desired.
Choosing how to change
We rarely choose whether to change.
But we can always choose how we change.
That’s the heart of change coaching. Change shows up in every part of life—sometimes welcome, sometimes disruptive, often both. It challenges our routines, our sense of control, and our energy. Even the best changes can feel disorienting. What makes the difference is not avoiding change, but leading it.
Leadership isn’t about a job title.
We all lead something: teams, families, organizations—and ourselves.
Whether you’re managing a team through organizational transformation or navigating a personal reinvention, change requires clarity, intention, and courage. My coaching helps you tap into your own leadership—your ability to meet change with purpose instead of reaction.
