We all lead something: teams, families, classrooms, companies, and we lead ourselves through seasons of change. My coaching approach is rooted in the belief that we lead the changes in our lives, whether those changes are professional, personal, or (most often) both at the same time.
I work with clients in every context—corporate leaders navigating organizational transformation, individuals stepping into something new, teams reshaping how they work together. Regardless of the setting, the process is the same: we explore where you are, clarify where you want and need to go, and build a path to change that aligns with your values, strengths, and vision.
